The movement of using cleaner fuels as a viable alternative entails involving a lot of people. Education and mass campaigns are one way of doing this. However, it is not enough to simply be telling people on the benefits of using LPG. A wide array of human resources should be put towards this salutary endeavour. Perhaps government is the best organization that can accomplish this objective. One way for government to do it is by hiring consultants who will conduct seminars nationwide so a larger proportion of the populace will know. It is only the government that has the resources, both financial and legal, to do this. Many offices and agencies of the government can be tapped to educate the public at large, not limited to only the riding or motoring publics. Government departments and agencies often have excess human resources that can be utilized in this education campaign. Further, they also have the geographical reach even in the remotest parts of a country that can extol the benefits of LPG.
