The government is the biggest beneficiary of any education campaign about LPG since this will reduce dependence on dirty fuels such as petrol and diesel. By weaning the motoring public from petrol and diesel, the government will be encouraging the use of clean alternative fuels. This LPG technology is really a big boost to governments and environmentalists alike in the campaign to reduce carbon emissions that contribute to global warming.
By reducing global warming, drastic climate changes are also minimized or avoided. It is proven scientifically that carbon emissions contribute to increased global temperatures. In the end, everybody benefits by using cleaner fuels such as LPG. The constant need to drill for more crude oil is reduced while LPG is put to use in a significant way, considering the fact LPG is a mere by-product of refineries. It is a veritable win-win situation for all of us. What is needed is a sustained public education campaign on the many benefits of using LPG.
